Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in an estimating or project management role
- Proficiency with cost estimating and scheduling software
- General understanding of all stages and trades in commercial construction
- Ability to manage strict timelines and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Duties
- Obtain a thorough understanding of the project through drawings, specifications and narratives
- Develop and maintain subcontractor relationships
- Manage and vet subcontractor and vendor proposals
- Compile detailed cost estimates ranging from schematic design to final construction documents
- Present cost estimates to management and other stakeholders
